Woodport Early Learning Centre is a locally owned and operated long day care service, established in February 2014. We are located at 2-6 Woodport Close, Green Point on the beautiful Central Coast of NSW.
The service provides quality care and education for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years and is licensed for 60 children per day across the following rooms and age groups.
- Wagtails Room – 0-2 years
- Wallabies Room – 2-3 years
- Wombats Room – 3-6 years (includes School Readiness Program)
Our Service operates 50 weeks of the year between the hours of 7.00am and 6.00pm, Monday to Friday. The service is closed on NSW Public Holidays and during a shutdown period for approximately two weeks, which typically occurs over the annual Christmas holiday period.
We provide all meals throughout the day, sunscreen (SPF 50+) and a sun safe wide brimmed hat for every enrolled child. Nappies are also provided to all children under 3 years old.
Woodport Early Learning Centre has been assessed by the NSW Department of Education as exceeding the National Quality Standard for Early Childhood Education and Care. We pride ourselves on providing a caring and nurturing environment through our highly trained and qualified educators and age-appropriate equipment and learning activities. We collaborate with our team and various participants in the industry to provide children with engaging and exciting workshops and shows throughout the year including Healthy Harold visits, musical instrument shows, Henny Penny chicken hatching and many more.
