How it works
Four steps to your child's first day
- Request a tour. Come and see the rooms, meet the educators and ask us anything. Tours take about 20 minutes. Use the form below or call (02) 4367 6160.
- Submit your enquiry. Tell us your child's age and the days you need. We'll confirm current vacancies, and we reply within 24 hours.
- Secure your place. A once-off $80 enrolment fee per family, plus a security deposit of two weeks' full fees (refunded when you give two weeks' notice).
- Set up direct debit. Fees are deducted weekly. Full fees apply until your Child Care Subsidy entitlement is confirmed in writing, then your subsidy kicks in automatically.

Premium care, competitive fees
Woodport offers a premium, boutique service. Families tell us the difference shows: exceptional education and care, low staff turnover, and a highly qualified team, with so much included in the daily rate.

All meals, nappies (under 3s), sunscreen and sun hats included. Most families can claim the Child Care Subsidy (see below).
Events and experiences, included all year
Your daily fee includes far more than care and meals. Throughout the year, our children enjoy a full calendar of events and shows at no extra cost:
- Musical instrument workshops

- Health and development workshops and checks
- Family Christmas party
- Our much-loved traditional Wombats Room graduation ceremony

Child Care Subsidy (CCS)
Depending on your family's income and activity level, the Australian Government's Child Care Subsidy can cover up to 85% of your fees. Many Central Coast families are surprised how affordable quality care becomes after CCS. Check your eligibility and estimate your subsidy at Services Australia, and ask us. We're happy to walk you through it.
