We recommend short orientation visits before your child's first full day, and most babies settle within a week or two with a consistent goodbye routine.

Your baby's routines, honoured
Starting care is a big moment, for babies and parents. In Wagtails, we follow your child's individual sleep, feeding and comfort routines, so the transition feels seamless. Bottles are supplied, nappies are provided, and cuddles are unlimited.
Our qualified educators focus on secure attachments, sensory exploration and early language: singing, stories, gentle outdoor time and lots of one-on-one interaction through the day.

Good to know
What to bring
Just spare clothes, a water bottle and a comfort item. We supply bottles, nappies, all meals, sunscreen and a sun-safe hat.
Next step up
Around age two, children graduate to our Wallabies Room, and we manage the transition gently, in step with your child.
